We arrived late on a Saturday, around 10 pm, and check-in was no problem. We stayed six nights. The staff were courteous and bilingual, and we saw them cleaning constantly, so the rooms were clean. Breakfast had lots of options, and dinner at the hotel pub was good too. It would be helpful to have USB ports in the rooms.

Sala is such a pretty, comfortable place, and the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. We found a room easily late in the evening without booking ahead. Thanks for a lovely day and a cozy night in Sala :)

Nothing was actually bad, everything was just fine, but it still left a lot to be desired, especially breakfast. The staff also gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there.

The location is okay, just outside the center, but the price felt steep for such a basic hotel. It offers little beyond the essentials, and breakfast was very limited. They didn’t even have oat milk.

Check-in was quick, and the rooms were new and clean. I didn’t hear noise from the other rooms. The only small drawback was that there wasn’t a toothbrush in the room. Breakfast was a simple Nordic-style spread with toast, coffee, and similar basics. I didn’t have time to try the restaurant or lobby bar. The staff were friendly.
