The location is nice, but the interior design is poor and it’s very expensive. There’s no breakfast.

Right where you want to be, with fantastic service and a home-like feel.

The beds are comfortable, and Lasse, the owner, is incredibly nice and genuine. The location is one of the better ones in Smögen, too. But it’s EXTREMELY noisy. Even the slightest sound from upstairs comes through as if someone were in the same room.

We loved Wallentinska huset when we stayed last year, and we still love the place, but the service this time was a real disappointment. Breakfast was meant to be covered by a ticket for the nearby café Skäret, but the owner forgot it when we arrived. I called and asked him to leave the tickets in our room that evening, but he didn’t. I tried calling again in the morning and got no answer. In the end, we had to pay for our own breakfast.
