Breakfast was included, and there was a lot to choose from. My single room was tiny, but clean, with bed linen and towels provided. The hostel is close to Söderköping brunn, though outside the town center. The shower stalls were small and had no bench, just two hooks on the dry side of the curtain. There usually isn't a receptionist; the cook is around at breakfast, and there's a phone number to call with questions.

Söderköping is a lovely town. After a day out, we enjoyed the library hammocks and the books in the parks, which invite you to stop and read. Our cellar cabin was set apart from the other rooms, so we could stay up late playing games without worrying too much about disturbing anyone. The hostel itself was pretty ordinary overall.

Our room was small, with just a bed and sink, and the bathroom and shower were shared. The host was nice.

Parking isn't available. We found 5 to 6 indoor surveillance cameras with audio recording, apparently installed without permission. They record visitors on both video and audio. "Magnus" calls himself the owner, but he isn't. Not okay, Magnus! Mattias and Lars
