Hotel Gio, BW Signature Collection

Breakfast was perfect, and you could even sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The room was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. We asked for a late checkout and they had it arranged in just a few minutes. If I come back to Stockholm, I'll definitely stay here again.

There's a gorgeous park just a stone's throw away. The city is a little further off, but it's still reachable by train or bus in 15-20 minutes. The place has a lovely boutique hotel feel for a budget-friendly stay, with nice decor in the rooms, lobby, and breakfast room. There's also a living room with free tea and coffee where bigger groups can hang out.

The ground-floor living room was a hit, with a billiard table and free tea. Breakfast was magnificent, but choose your timing, as it can get very busy. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and well maintained, and there were plenty of elevators for a hotel this size. Nice to have a restaurant too, though we spent all our time in the city. On the map it looks far out, but the bus stops outside and takes you to two major tube stations in a few minutes. From there, it's only a few more stops to the centre.

A quiet, peaceful area made it easy to unwind, and getting around was convenient because of the good connections. The staff, especially at reception, were kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a tasty range of choices, and I appreciated being able to get a breakfast box for an early start. There are nice extras too, including a gym and a cozy living room with games, a pool table, and a corner for making coffee or tea. A great place to stay for the price. I'd definitely recommend it.
