My Camping Tredenborg

It was quiet during our two days there, with few people around, clean bathrooms, and areas where dogs are welcome. We ate very well at the restaurant, and the staff were kind and helpful. One disappointment was the dog beach: it was covered in seaweed that isn't cleaned up and smells bad. I personally wouldn't let my dog swim in water like a swamp. It's a shame, since the beach could otherwise be a nice feature. We were passing through Trellenborg on August 20th, near the end of the season.

We found our pitch in the end and still got to enjoy a few hours before sunset. We had a camper and were given a spot by the sea, with a great view and a welcome light breeze in the heat. The sanitary building was a little old, but clean and tidy. Finding the pitch took a long time because we'd been given the wrong camping map. We got lost in the wrong area and were confused when the map didn't match anything around us, but eventually someone helped us.

After spending 700kr, you still have to pay again to play golf. It's very expensive, and there aren't any dog poop bins.

A quiet, lovely campsite with working Wi-Fi, and we've been here several times. The sites are spacious, with plenty to choose from, and there's a small dog-friendly beach. In 2024 the campsite got new owners, who renovated the reception. We were welcomed very warmly. The service building is simple but clean and fresh, and the showers are free. It's a couple of km from the center and shops, with several swimming spots and the restaurant Bryggan nearby.
