The arrival and entry were handled efficiently, and the location was excellent. Our apartment was fairly spacious and had a modern kitchen, but it was poor value for what we paid. We got a unit with a lot of road noise and no washing machine, and the bathroom was tiny with mould in the shower. You might get a better allocation. The lift was out when we arrived, though it worked by the time we left. I was also disappointed by the notice threatening an extra 300Sek charge if we didn't wash the dishes.

The cleaning staff member who came by was really nice and accommodating. The furnishing was very comfortable, and the location was convenient. The toilet and shower are almost unbearably cramped, but apart from that everything was right.

The apartment smelled strongly of smoke, despite the huge, aggressive no-smoking signs everywhere. It was neglected and dirty, and the building felt unsafe and in poor condition. Several things broke: the bathroom cupboard door fell on my head, the door handles came off, and the internet barely worked. The bathroom was absurdly small, and showering soaked everything. It took about ten minutes for the water to get hot, and we both dreaded using it. The basin was too tiny for brushing our teeth. The rooms are very expensive, and it feels like the money saved by not having a reception isn't going into maintaining them. I wouldn't recommend this place and would never return.

I was extremely disappointed. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived, and fittings were poorly maintained, with door knobs missing or falling off. The walls were paper thin, so we could hear the surrounding apartments and stairwell. The photos are very misleading. The bathroom was probably only 1.5m x 1m, the smallest I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend staying until the facilities and maintenance improve substantially.
