For the price, the room matched its description, and both the location and breakfast were great. The one snag was at the front desk: the staff member first wasn’t sure why our key wouldn’t open the door, then figured out she hadn’t activated it. Apart from that, it was a 4/5 stay.

At Unique Hotel in Stockholm, I found the location convenient, the room clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient too. I’d gladly stay here again.

We had friendly staff, an excellent breakfast, and a great location, but there were several room issues. It was cold in November because the heating barely worked. The shower swung between freezing and getting warm only after running for 10-15 minutes. On our last day, the room wasn’t cleaned and we weren’t given fresh towels. The WiFi also dropped to a poor signal from time to time.

The breakfast was good, and the location is quite central. Even though we arrived late, the staff thoughtfully emailed the door codes, so getting in was no problem. We stayed in a small twin room with a small window. Hot water took five minutes, and we couldn’t figure out the heating. There was no air conditioning, and I don’t think the central heating worked, so we slept in a cold room. Stockholm is generally expensive, so if you’re on a limited budget and don’t want a room with terrible amenities, I think this is a good option.

The central location is a big plus, and breakfast was good. The hotel works well, though in winter the rooms can be a little cold, especially the bathroom.
