Apart Direct Sundbyberg

We enjoyed our stay, and the apartment is in a really handy spot near the city center, with the subway, trams, trains, buses, shops, and restaurants close by. The flat itself is nice. Cleaning could be better, especially on the beds: the mattress cover had stains and a lot of hair, and the pillows were marked too. Bright lights outside our window stayed on all night, and because the curtains and blinds didn't close fully, the light came into the room. I couldn't see why they needed to be so bright and left on.

For what we paid, it was manageable for three nights. The bed was comfortable, though the two square pillows were very small. Some things looked worn, including a bedside table that was coming apart and cups and utensils covered in old scratches. The toilet bin hadn't been emptied when we arrived. I came away feeling pretty neutral, nothing special.

The walls are thin, and traffic outside can be noisy. Still, the room was very clean and basic in a way that covered what I needed, whether traveling for work or personally. There isn't a reception desk, but the email service was good.

The place was clean, modern, and a decent size, and it was only two train stops or six or seven tram stops from the center. But those big warning signs made it feel like a student hostel. The room came across a bit clinical and unwelcoming, which was a shame.
