Getting around from Sundbyberg was convenient, with easy access to Stockholm and nearby airports, and plenty of useful places in the area. The stay itself was very uncomfortable. The parking was inadequate, our room was dirty and had bugs that terrified me, and it smelled of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. I'm allergic, and the pictures clearly didn't match the place. The maid staff were rude and entered without knocking. They acted as if they didn't speak English, though I later heard them speaking it with the manager. We were told checkout was at 12, but at 10am they tried to come into our room against our will and said we had to leave. I would never return.

The rooms were old and filthy, with hair from previous guests left on the floor. The bathroom was so dirty that I couldn't shower for three days. This hotel ruined my trip to Stockholm.

The room wasn't ready at the agreed arrival time, and the cleaning feels very superficial. The furniture is old and sticky, and you can hear everything in the corridor. There are people partying in the room across from me now. With no receptionist around to control anything, I may have to call the police. 0% recommended.

The room was large and close to the station, so getting downtown was easy. It was a little dusty, and the neighborhood didn't look great, but we had no problems. For a short visit, this is a good alternative to the expensive hotels in Stockholm. One note on saying the name: it's pronounced sundbubury.

We left after half an hour because the room was so bad. It was dirty and smelled of cigarettes despite being listed as non-smoking, and the odor triggered my partner's asthma. The hotel initially wasn't going to refund us, but hotel. Com was amazing and helped us get a refund for two nights.
