Late check-in was easy, with clear instructions sent by sms. There’s ample free parking right outside the hostel, and the shared toilets, showers, kitchens, and extra fridges are on both the upper and lower floors. Our room for two was clean and well equipped, with a dining table and four chairs, cupboards, a mirror, and a full-size fridge. The area is quiet and still close to town, with several fast food places a short drive away. The main things that could be improved were noise coming through from the next room and the pillows, which could be fluffier and offer more neck support. It was a good, affordable stay. There’s also a nice walk in nature up to the peak, with great views, taking 30 minutes to an hour.

The rooms are good, the owner is nice, and the dog is lovely. It’s a beautiful place and I liked everything. If I ever go to Sunsval, I’ll definitely stay here again.
