The view and sunset were the one bright spot. The stay itself was disappointing: sheets cost extra and quite a lot, so unless you ask for them, it seems you’re expected to sleep without any. I also found mold in the breakfast jam, which is unacceptable. The bedroom was clean, but the shower felt archaic and the soap seemed like something from a cheap place. Communication was difficult because the reception staff didn’t speak English. For one of the most expensive places in the city, it really wasn’t worth the price. I’d recommend booking somewhere cheaper.

It’s a nice spot to slow down and enjoy life, with good service and pleasant rooms. We had windows facing the other way, so our view was just a parking lot, but the breakfast café looked out over a wonderful marina.

The place is clean and well located in town, but the room we got was on the back side, facing the street, with bunk beds for kids. Half the rooms seem to be like that, despite the hotel giving the impression that rooms have a sea view and a large bed. At 100€/night, I found it very expensive. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable, the sheets were too small, and bed linen cost extra. Breakfast wasn’t included, and we had to make our own bed. I didn’t have a good stay and felt ripped off.

The restaurant food was tasty and came in generous portions, and the manager was really friendly. Richters was extremely clean, too. Our room window looked onto the parking lot and road, though, so the view wasn’t the best.
