A nice option if you want a place to stay where you can cook for yourself, close to good cross-country skiing.

The apartment was clean and nice, with a perfectly okay kitchen. It’s listed as having eight beds, but that would be seriously cramped. I’d say four people max. Hovfjällen is a 20 minute drive away, which is about what you’d expect. The TV looks like it’s from the 80s.

It’s a small apartment, but the space is used efficiently. There are three bedrooms upstairs, with the stove in the kitchen/living room. Sitting in the sauna and looking west as the sun goes down is wonderful.
