I had some really interesting, nice conversations with the owner, and I’ll definitely come back if I need to stay nearby. It’s been a while since my last visit, but I was completely satisfied. Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was available now and then. Since the hotel wasn’t full at the time, dinner was made only on request, but it was fresh and tasty.

I had a pleasant four-night stay. The staff were very professional and polite, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is right by the railway station and bus hub.

The room was roomy enough, though the bathroom was small. Breakfast is included and pretty good, and the staff were friendly. For the price, it was all worth it. They provide a 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash, so bring your own if you prefer something separate.

Skona Rum was a lovely place for our one-night stay. The owner was very friendly, the rooms were large, and everything was impeccably clean. It’s within walking distance of both the town center and train station, and there’s parking on site. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, with lots to choose from, including muesli, fish, cold cuts, cheese, bread, jams, and juices. Thanks for the hospitality. If we visit Uddevalla again, we’ll definitely stay at Skona Rum.

Great service, comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and a convenient location made for a terrific stay. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again if I’m in town. Cheers from Phoenix, AZ.
