There’s plenty of shopping and places to eat nearby, and a very nice pub right next door. The hotel itself was clean, with an okay room, a good bed, and a nice bathroom. Staff were helpful and service-minded, and breakfast was really, really good. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was very good, but the four of us were squeezed into a small room they called a family room. Convenient for the hotel, I guess. The parking is run by a third party, and technical problems meant I couldn’t pay the daily rate. I ended up paying $45 for 10 hours. Outrageous.

Handy location right in the city center, with a nearby Willys and bus station. There’s also free parking close by from 5 pm until 8 am.

Breakfast had a good range of choices and was included in the price, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is in the city center, about an 8-minute walk from the center. One downside was that breakfast and reception both opened at 7:00, so there was nowhere to sit at the bar or get coffee if you were up earlier. The gym and spa were being renovated, so we couldn’t use them.

Music from the lobby was EXTREMELY LOUD all night for several nights. It was so loud that things fell off the shelves in my fifth-floor room. I complained to management several times, but they ignored me. It was utterly unprofessional. People in the area filed several police reports. DO NOT STAY HERE!
