The room had no toilet because of the rules for the old building, but that really wasn't an issue. The facilities were well kept. It's a charming place in a very old house, and the Christmas dinner was a nice surprise: fresh, smaller servings instead of heaps of food sitting warm for hours.

The house is interesting and the view is lovely. I enjoyed the food, though the prices felt a little high: 200 SEK for a child's meatballs and mashed potatoes, and 345 SEK for the adult menu including filter coffee. Service came across as a bit snobby, even with paper tissues on the table.

Parking was easy. We stopped by hoping to have fika, but they don't offer it. The restaurant looks quite posh, with five-course meals, for example as part of a wine tasting package, and you'd need to book ahead to eat there.

The place has a great feel to it, and the service was lovely. The food was fantastic, made with local produce.

The views were great, and we had a fantastic meal during our night there with friends. Just bring shower shoes, since the bedrooms share bathrooms rather than having one each.
