A handy spot to get a bed and a meal while you're passing through.

For 700 SEK we had the whole ground floor, including the fridge, freezer, microwave, sink, kitchen and TV room, which was really useful with children. The breakfast was better than we expected, too. Downstairs there was also a toilet and shower, so you can have the house to yourselves if you don't want to share. Upstairs are two rooms, and downstairs there's a large bedroom as well. It's a good overnight stop for families driving through Sweden. The hosts were very nice. They said EU rules meant the water wasn't allowed to be drunk, although locals drink it. Just be aware of that. We found the place very family-friendly and would recommend taking the whole-floor option instead of a hotel room.

The owners are helpful and very friendly. I've stayed here twice while travelling through, and the house right by the road makes it convenient for people on a trip. We'll be back next year.

The location is excellent for heading toward the mountains, and the owner is very nice. But booking through Booking.com was expensive for what you get. It felt comparable to a proper hotel, and I didn't think it was worth the price.
