The views are the big draw at Best Western Plus Hotel Plaza. From the sky bar on the 24th floor, watching the sunset over Lake Mälaren with a cocktail was a real treat, and the jacuzzi in the Zen-inspired spa also comes with a panoramic view. There's a spa on the top floor, and the hotel has one of the country's highest sky bars. The central location and tall city-center setting make it feel like a stay above the ordinary. The design is modern and sleek, the rooms are stylish and cozy, and the lobby gives a first-class impression. The breakfast spread is huge, and the staff treated me like royalty from check-in through check-out. For me, this is the standout on the Västerås skyline, with a top-tier feel and the best view in town. Five stars for a sky-high stay! 🙏🏻🕯👑☘️🇸🇪🕊✝️🇻🇦⭐️

I got upgraded to a junior suite, which had lovely views and worked perfectly for getting some work done. The location and hotel were great, and the restaurant food and service were wonderful. The sauna on 25 was great, and the spa and sauna on 23 are worth visiting too. The gym is well equipped.

We had dinner at the restaurant, where both the food and service were very good. We each tried the recommended wine and were both pleased with it. The room felt a little outdated, but otherwise there wasn't anything to complain about. A great experience for the money, and I'd recommend it.

I only stopped by for the Sky bar. The views are lovely, the cocktails were really good, and there was a choice of local beers 🍻. It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the view.
