Comfort Hotel Västerås

The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, and the room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff were very helpful, and I could borrow a plug converter and a kettle for hot drinks in the room. It's very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop with a direct route to the airport.

The hotel is right beside the train station, but it's still very quiet. The staff make it feel comfortable, and there are things to do inside, like table tennis and board games. Breakfast had more variety than I expected, and the food was always warm. The pancakes were more like crepes 🥞, and different foods are available on specific days. There's no restaurant, just a bar with a small, affordable menu, and service is very quick. Sadly, room service wasn't daily. Still, the location is great for the price, and the view is great too.

The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were clean. Desk service was professional. There's a small gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, rowing machine, bench press, and a few dumbbells.

It's handy if you mainly want to stay near the station. The room had no telephone for contacting reception and no mini fridge for drinks. Breakfast was limited and repetitive, and the hotel doesn't have a good view.
