Lövudden Strand

We spent two months here, and found the neighborhood quiet. It’s close to nature but still near the city, with a lake and bathing spot just a short walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and all the amenities were available. I’d say this works for either a short stay or a longer one.

UNIK/BOIS F17 bandy team needed a meal and some rest between matches, and we really appreciated the food and service. Thanks so much. We’d be happy to come back.

The fish was cooked well, but it had little taste, and the seafood stew was tasteless too. Our group also felt the portions were small. I paid 130 SEK for the fish of the day, while she had the stew for 175. I’d have preferred the potatoes peeled. They were left unpeeled in the sauce, and the skins looked unappealing. We’d hoped for a view of Lake Mälaren, but the room felt more like a basement, with a dull outlook and mediocre decor. I’d been looking forward to lunch and had even planned to come back for dinner with friends, but after this meal I was disappointed. For those prices, we expected more.

The conference room was good, and so was the food. The basement dining room gets noisy, though, and could use some soundproofing textiles. Coffee came with only canned milk in disposable packaging. I don’t like the taste, and think it has a bigger environmental impact than serving regular fresh milk.
