I paid €100 per night for each of two rooms and asked for a room with a view, since Expedia hadn’t offered that option. I would have paid extra, but I never got an answer. When we arrived, nobody greeted us; we’d only received an email with a code. Then we found a note saying, “You’ll find your breakfast in the fridge.” Why weren’t we told beforehand that we’d have to sort out breakfast ourselves? The fridge contents were shocking. We’re in the 21st century, and in tourist-friendly Sweden people know Hicham is an Arabic name, yet there was bacon in the breakfast box. I didn’t see any other guests, and there was a used towel still hanging in the bathroom. Sweden’s hotels have always been known for hospitality, even on a budget, but this was the worst place I’ve ever seen. I want this problem fixed, and I’ll report it to the responsible people if I have to. Thank you for nothing.

I tried calling the hotel more than 200 times about the room and got no answer! Every time, a recorded message said they were busy and couldn’t answer, and asked me to call later. The customer service is garbage! 😡🤯👎🏻

Everything was five stars, except the breakfast cheese. Please spend a bit more on the cheese next time. PLEASE.
