The restaurant food was incredible, and the manager really went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. There was an issue with my original room, but I was moved up to a stunning suite. I had a really great stay here. What a gem.

The service was great, and the location was nice. My room felt cozy, with a nice bathroom, and the meeting room was great too, especially with its balcony access. I could hear some noise from the hallways in the room.

The beds were extremely comfortable, and the dinner was great quality, with a lot of care in the ingredients and details. We were very well looked after by the hotel and restaurant staff. They were attentive throughout our stay and meal, without hovering. The front desk lady and several of the wait staff really stood out, though I didn't get their names. They upgraded our room when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel had recently been renovated and had new ownership. Seeing what had been done after just one day of opening before my arrival left me pleasantly impressed. I can only assume the care and high service standards will continue. Our 24 hours here and on Waxholm were the highlight of our Sweden trip.

I spent two nights here and it was amazing. The staff were super nice and welcoming. Eating at the restaurant in the evenings turned out to be a great choice. I'm vegetarian, and the food was wonderful with enough options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend it!
