I'm really into good food, and this restaurant has never let me down across all the times I've visited. The fish is always cooked just right, and the sauces are paired with it at such a high culinary standard. For me, it's easily the best restaurant in the city. I always look forward to coming back.

We had lunch in this stunning Växjö castle with my customers, and the beautiful, well-preserved setting made the occasion feel special. The food was delicious, the service attentive, and the atmosphere magical. I highly recommend it for lunch with friends or for business.

The views are amazing, the hotel is lovely, and the staff are lovely too. There’s disc golf on site, and the sauna was decent enough. There’s no evening meal on Sundays, and the rooms in the castle don’t have en-suite bathrooms.

Teleborgs Slott has a quiet lake nearby and greenery all around, which really adds to the magical atmosphere. The castle itself feels like stepping back in time, but it’s so well preserved that its history and charm are easy to appreciate. Its fairytale architecture draws you in, with beautiful turrets, stone walls, and picturesque surroundings. I was especially taken by how elegant and mysterious the place feels. Walking through the halls and noticing all the intricate details had me imagining the stories it might hold from centuries ago. Whether you love history, have a romantic side, or just want somewhere unique to explore, Teleborgs Slott will leave you impressed and inspired.

We travelled quite far and were a bit sad to find lunch service ends at 1:30pm. It does seem a bit ridiculous to stop then, though maybe it’s a cultural difference. The place is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. We ended up having snacks and going elsewhere for lunch. You can check the hours when booking online, but when you're travelling, it isn't always practical to look up every place in advance.
