The hotel and venue felt magical, with just the right mix of charm and elegance. Helena, who runs the place, was wonderful through the whole process: helpful, flexible and always available for our questions and requests. She did everything she could to make the day smooth and memorable. We had our wedding at Vallens Säteri and were incredibly happy with it. The cleaning company and sound technician she works with were also very professional and helped everything run smoothly. We really recommend Vallens Säteri to anyone looking for a wedding venue with a lovely setting and top-notch service. Thanks for making our day unforgettable! ❤️

Our guests were really impressed by the beautiful, spacious venue. The building and decor have so much character that it hardly needs anything added. We had dinner and the party upstairs, which let the wait staff work more quietly downstairs by the kitchen. It also gave guests a place to take a break from the noise 🤭 The owner was lovely throughout, quick to answer questions and easy to reach, which isn’t always the case with other venues. This was the perfect place for a wedding, and we’d definitely come back for another big celebration.

The place itself is nice, and the weekend could have been incredibly good if the staff hadn’t been so rude. We heard a loud argument in the corridor that ended with someone saying goodbye. When we finally got into our rooms, they were dusty. At checkout, we ran into a lot of fussy rules that hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. Apparently the chairs had to be stacked a certain way, and nothing could be out of place. Take photos before you leave so they can’t make a deduction afterward. I’ve never been treated so rudely, and I felt awful after leaving. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The brunch the day after our wedding was better than expected and made for a lovely end to the weekend with our guests. Many thanks to My and the staff for helping make the day magical and being so flexible about our wishes. The charming rural setting suited us perfectly, and having a farm hotel close to the party venue was convenient for guests staying overnight. We recommend Vallens Säteri for celebrations of any size.
