The area, breakfast, and reception were all excellent. We knew when booking that the rooms were small, as that was pointed out. Still, we lost a star because we were turned away from the restaurant for dinner with our small kids, even though it was almost empty. They said they were overbooked. It would've been nice to know we'd need to book a table.

The atmosphere had potential, but the place ended up feeling like an IKEA restaurant. We were told we'd have an outdoor table and could move inside if it rained, yet when we got there, only an indoor table had been reserved. Service gets 2/5: they did try, but the floor staff clearly need more experience. Food was 2/5 too. No one mentioned that it was buffet only, even though we'd asked about the à la carte menu when booking. Atmosphere: 1/5.
