It was a fairly simple place, but good value for the money and it suited us. The location near Visby's inner town was handy, with an easy, short walk to the center.

The staff were friendly and fixed the broken furniture, but they couldn't do anything about the sewage smell. The apartment also wasn't quite clean: there were breadcrumbs from the previous guest and gum on the bathroom floor. The location was nice.

We were four people, but the apartment had only two beds, a regular sofa that wasn't a sofa bed, and a mattress on the floor. It was filthy, too. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I'd choose a hostel over this place. Never again.

It's basic in the real sense of the word, but I can recommend it. Don't come expecting luxury. You get independence and can have a comfortable stay on your own terms. The weekly price was good, and it suits an unpretentious ferry traveler.

The sunset and water views were lovely, and the staff were quick to act whenever something needed fixing. It's conveniently placed for walking to both the city center and a grocery store.
