COMO Metropolitan Singapore

The service was outstanding throughout our four-night stay at COMO Metropolitan Singapore, and we felt very well looked after. Jega was incredibly attentive and friendly, and Cassandra gave us exceptional service too. We enjoyed stopping for our daily chats with them, and they made the stay even more memorable. The hotel is in a fantastic location, easy to get around from, and we thought the room was great. Having it serviced twice a day was a lovely extra touch. We’d happily recommend COMO Metropolitan Singapore and stay again.

The breakfast was the main disappointment. It cost around 50 SGD, and though the fruit was fresh, the main dishes weren’t as tasty as I expected. There wasn’t much choice compared with other five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, so I only ate there once. I came to Singapore for an awards ceremony and chose COMO for its excellent facilities and room design. The wooden furnishings gave the room a warm, refined feel, right down to the tissue box. I arrived around midnight and found the beautifully designed lobby welcoming. The hotel had a pleasant scent throughout, and the staff were consistently supportive and attentive. Housekeeping also stood out: without me mentioning my preferences, they kept restocking my favorite drinks and bottled water, even when I’d only opened a little. The desk was quite small, which made quick work tasks a bit difficult. The location was excellent for getting around the city.

I booked with Singapore Airlines Miles and loved the hotel's style and service. The gym was well equipped, though the breakfast selection could be better. I was a little upset to find the Complimentary Essential Oil had already been opened. Still, it’s a great spot for a weekend retreat, and I’d visit again.

The room was roomy enough for me to open two suitcases, and the amenities felt refreshing. The hotel was clean and very nice, with friendly staff and a location close to shopping that made getting around easy. I’d happily stay here again.
