We stayed as a couple in the loft for six nights in February 2026. The location was useful, about a seven-minute walk from the green line MRT, with good bus connections. Staff responded on WhatsApp and brought extra towels when we asked. Housekeeping follows the hotel's schedule and happens only once a week. Weekend arrivals have to use self check-in because reception has no staff then. The TV has local channels only, no Netflix. Our level 2 room faced the street, and the noise was the main problem. We heard loud conversations and engines revving outside, sometimes past midnight. Earplugs were left on the table on arrival, and light sleepers might want them. It isn't a recommended stay for them. The place needs maintenance. The display lights on the outside wall kept flickering, which was annoying even with the curtains closed. The washer is small, enough for 2-3 days of one person's clothes, but drying is difficult because the room doesn't ventilate well. For a week's laundry, an outside shop may be better. We didn't use the stove, but a cup smelled of food, presumably from the previous guest, so check and wash the utensils. Bring your own detergent and washing liquid if you plan to use the in-room facilities.

The noise from street bikes revving outside kept waking me up, and it got aggravating. This seems more suited to one person than two, since the room is quite small. The shower leaks water across the tiny bathroom floor. The towel we used to soak it up stayed wet and started smelling after a couple of uses. Towels should be changed every other day to help with that. Check-in was fine when someone was there to help, but a mess when the counter was unattended. We ended up guiding two couples through it because we understood the process. If you're not comfortable with tech, good luck. The combo washer-dryer didn't wash well or dry the clothes, so the room was full of damp laundry and humidity. Don't expect hotel-quality service at places like this.

Natasha made the trip more special with her advice on places to visit in Singapore. She's professional, knows her job, and we had lovely conversations about cultures around the world and life. It's a real plus to have staff who are knowledgeable and open-minded. Thanks again, Natasha! I had a great time here. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location near transport was spot on. I'd definitely recommend this place! Laëtitia - from Martinique, French West Indies Island 🇲🇶

The room was small, but ours had a kitchenette, which was handy for eating takeaway back at the hotel. It was very clean and had pretty much everything you'd need for a shorter stay. A good budget option in Singapore. Kallang MRT is a short walk away, with plenty of grocery and convenience stores nearby.

My biggest problem was the drilling or pounding noise from renovation work the next morning. I'm a deep sleeper and it still woke me. I don't remember seeing anything about the work on the website during booking, and if I'd known, I probably wouldn't have chosen this place. The only notice I saw was posted at reception. I wish they'd told guests before booking. For a short stay, the location is handy: an easy walk from Kallang MRT, among Chinese restaurants, with a mini mart nearby and a 7-Eleven at the station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and Mu'az answered questions and made check-in smooth. Keep in mind the desk isn't staffed around the clock. After 7 PM, questions go through WhatsApp. The rooms are small, though larger than some budget chains I've stayed in, and clean and well furnished. There's a kitchenette with a single induction burner, cutlery, knives, sink, large fridge, and microwave. Plenty of room to open, pack, or store a suitcase. The bathroom is tiny, and with no shower curtain or door, water splashed all over the floor. The desk was a little small and the chair felt flimsy, though I assume most guests don't use the workspace much. Downstairs there's a small communal work area with two shared tables and long benches. Soundproofing isn't great, which seems common in hotels made from restored shophouses.
