The app-based check-in and checkout was convenient, and it was good to have secure luggage storage after checking out. But the room was very narrow and uncomfortable, with basic facilities missing. There wasn’t even a towel hanger in the bathroom, and the price felt high for the amenities provided.

The location was the only good part. I just needed somewhere to stay for one night before boarding my cruise the next day, thankfully. The room was dirty and dusty, nothing like the photos on Agoda, and the toilet was moldy. The entrance is through a back alley, and the lobby is tiny. Check-in and checkout were easy, and there was no deposit required.

This barely felt like a hotel. The room was tiny and unclean, and there were people queuing in the lobby with no host available to help. I waited 30 minutes to get a room change, and the replacement looked nothing like the picture. Because of the poor toilet design, the toilet paper was always wet.
