The whole booking and check-in situation was confusing, and the service felt unprofessional. At first the Indian female staff member offered a full cancellation, but later she said there’d be a one-night penalty because we had taken the keys and entered the room. That condition hadn’t been mentioned at check-in. When I asked to confirm the full refund and cancel, she told me to contact Agoda, and Zai wouldn’t answer me. I felt the staff weren’t transparent, and Zai contradicted himself. If he knew the rules so well, why didn’t he clarify them while we were speaking with the other staff member? There was also confusion about a physical IC under a new government policy, and the staff weren’t flexible. I eventually provided my IC, but the room didn’t match the Agoda photos: no window, less space, and not as clean. Zai first said I could register under my name, then later insisted my friend had to register as a visitor, without having explained that clearly. The exchange became heated, and he raised his voice and told me not to speak to him anymore. I had initially been told I could get a full refund, but when we asked, we were directed to Agoda instead. The poor communication left me dissatisfied. Other budget hotels are better, and this one isn’t cheap enough for the quality. I’d never recommend it based on my experience. Book carefully unless your expectations are all the way down to hell.

Clean and neat, and it works for budget travelers or friends. The room is really small for a family, though you can manage. The bathroom has no handles or racks for toiletries and other things, which is the biggest inconvenience. They provide only two small bottles of water, so bring your own.

We had a good stay, and everyone was accommodating. Ms Rhea especially was always smiling whenever we came to check in. Cheers to her, good job.

The staff were friendly, but the room was dirty and the toilet absolutely stank. The bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned properly.
