Pegasus Boutique Hotel by ZEN Rooms

I'd never experienced customer service this terrible. Two weeks before my stay, I checked availability and was told there was a room, but that I needed to pay early. I did. Then, late in the afternoon, they cancelled my reservation by email just one day before, without explaining why. It felt really irresponsible and unprofessional. They should at least have explained what happened. They promised a full refund on the next working day, but more than a week later, it still hadn't arrived. They also haven't replied to my emails. When I booked, their replies were very fast, but now they've ignored me for over a week. This is ridiculous. Other customers have a right to know about their poor customer service. Please be careful.

The rooms were comfortable and neat, and the hotel had plenty of activities for families, especially kids. My family enjoyed staying here. I also loved the location, which gave me that home-away-from-home feeling. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

The Grandeur Suite was smaller than I expected, though it was fairly clean. I’d read about dog kennels nearby, but the dogs were barely noticeable, especially next to my colleague’s snoring. After reading the reviews, I found the stay wasn’t as bad as I’d expected. I’d recommend it, as long as people keep their expectations low.

The Grandstand is just a 5-minute walk away, with lots of restaurants and activities, plus a Giant supermarket. The hotel still feels like a getaway from everything, while keeping the city easy to reach. I had a great time, and the BBQ and time relaxing by the pool were just what I needed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a break.
