The location is fabulous, just a short walk from the main shopping area, and the rooms are well appointed, well cared for, and have beautiful city views. The pool area has comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a wide range of delicious savoury dishes, and drinks and snacks were available in the lobby all day. What really made the hotel special was the staff. Every time we came into the lobby, someone greeted us with a genuine smile. They were caring, interested, and efficient, and answered every question. It felt like being with family. Special thanks to Alex, Cheryl, and Sharon for making us feel so welcome during our week there. Plenty of other staff were just as wonderful, even though I didn't get their names. You'll enjoy your stay.

The team were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The complimentary drinks and snacks were a lovely touch. I truly loved everything about the hotel and would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family visiting Singapore. ❤️🇸🇬

The kids love staying here, and we've been back a few times. They especially like the window bench where they can sit and look outside. The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby has fresh coffee all day with snacks and drinks freely available. The staff are hospitable and accommodating. Special shout-out to Sharvin for being so kind. We keep choosing this place for its location and all of the things above.

After a long, humid day of walking around and getting sweaty, the favourite thing is relaxing in the lobby with a cold ISO drink on the house. The rooms are cosy, the people are lovely, and the welcome feels genuinely warm. Loved every bit of our stay here, and it doesn't feel pretentious at all!

We had such a lovely stay at The Quincy Hotel Singapore, and want to thank the lovely staff for making it even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and snacks, coffee, and water were freely available. The whole experience felt friendly, helpful, and laid-back. We stayed for three nights in January 2006.
