What made our stay feel special were the small personal touches. Mike left us a warm card, and the welcome macarons were delicious. The front desk also remembered my mom’s birthday. Elaine went out of her way to keep us in our original suite for the last night, even though we’d used the suite upgrade for the first five nights. That meant a lot to us. Our room was spotless and comfortable from the moment we arrived, and check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The whole team showed genuine care throughout our stay at VOCO Singapore. We felt appreciated and looked after, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The restaurant on the top floor was excellent, and the breakfasts were amazing. The breakfast staff were so attentive, especially Max, whose birthday is March 6th. Please wish him a happy birthday from the two ladies and grown-up daughter who flew in from Taiwan for the weekend. It was our first visit to Singapore, and the VOCO Orchard Singapore was a great hotel. All the staff were delightful, friendly and helpful.

We held our wedding here in February 2026, and we’re so grateful to the team for making the celebration unforgettable. From the setup through the banquet service, everything was handled with care and ran smoothly. The hotel and banquet staff were attentive and friendly, and went out of their way to make the day stress-free. Sunshine and Ashok served us with real professionalism and patience. They guided us through each step and accommodated our last-minute changes and special requests. The banquet food was delicious and beautifully presented across the Chinese, Child, Halal and Vegetarian options. Our guests kept complimenting the variety and quality. The rooms were clean, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, so family and friends could feel at home. I’d highly recommend this as a warm, professional wedding venue.

I’d happily come back for a staycation. Our hotel stay was lovely, and the room coffee with complimentary crackers was a nice morning treat. Staff from the concierge and reception to the banquet waitresses were all welcoming, warm and attentive. We were here for a wedding, and the food was delicious, fancy, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The chef was especially friendly and warm, which made the meal feel even more special.
