I booked four nights, then got a work meeting request three weeks before my stay and asked to cancel. I called several times, and one call center attendant even hung up on me. I also emailed proof of the major issue behind my request, but the company still wanted to charge the full booking amount as a cancellation fee. I've never seen a more abusive cancellation policy or such awful treatment of customers. There was no compassion or humanity in the response. Clearly, money is all that matters to this company.

The location is a good strategic choice, and the price is economical too. The place and rooms are clean and neat, with a minimalist design that works well. The service is good, and Far East Plaza and Paragon Shopping Center are around the hotel.

Among Singapore's most reasonably priced hotels, and a great option. The room was excellent and well designed.
