Mr. Thiru was so nice to talk with, communicated well, and showed great hospitality. The housekeeper and other hotel staff were friendly, communicated well, and had a real service mindset. They kept the room clean and tidy every day. The hotel is conveniently close to the shopping mall, MRT station, bus stop, Mount Faber, and especially Seah Im Food Center. Awesome experience, thanks to him and the rest of the hotel crew!

It was our first visit to Singapore, and we felt warmly welcomed. THIRU was attentive, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we had a room request. He listened carefully and found effective solutions without delay, which made the stay more comfortable. His helpfulness and professionalism left us with a very positive first impression of Singapore hospitality. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. THIRU made our first Singapore trip feel easier and more memorable. We weren't familiar with many things, but his kindness and professional manner put us at ease. Whenever we had a concern or request about the room, he responded quickly with a practical solution. He was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. His service reflected Singapore's high standard of hospitality. We had a wonderful impression of the hotel, would recommend it, and hope to stay again.

The location is the only plus point. In the name of green initiatives, they seem to be getting cheap: they don't provide fresh towels or napkins for the next day. When I asked, the housekeeping lady said I was checking out anyway, so why did I need them. That was rude. Each wing has just one lift, and getting up or down can take at least 15-20 minutes each time. Breakfast has only four items: sausages or ham, scrambled eggs, beans, and some vegetable dish. The salad counter is always empty, and they don't refill it when it's gone. I asked for tomatoes in the empty bowl myself and was told they were finished. I suggest V Hotel Lavender, which has excellent hospitality and a much better breakfast spread.
