Adora Luxury Hotel

We loved staying in the Prestige Suite with its lake views. The hotel feels cozy and elegant, and Adora is simply amazing. The views are stunning, breakfast is delicious, and parking is free. We highly recommend it.

The lake scenery was the one real highlight. Waking up to Lake Bled was lovely, and the hotel's location and views are stunning, but that's about all it has going for it. Cleanliness was a letdown in both the rooms and shared areas. Our fridge still had the previous guests' water bottles, and the kettle and coffee machines were dirty and needed a proper wipe. The cups and teaspoons looked like they'd only been rinsed or wiped. At breakfast, I was served raw sliced avocado with the skin still on alongside my scrambled eggs. It seemed like garnish, not a proper side. The room was serviced each day, but only minimally. The bathroom had been wiped down, but the shelves hadn't been cleaned, and old water stains were still visible. There was mould along the shower edges, which isn't what I'd expect from a hotel calling itself luxury. The headboards, chairs, rugs, floors, and room corners were dusty too. A pop-up restaurant on site also brought a lot of noise and activity late into the evening, so it was hard to relax or get a quiet break from Bled's hustle and bustle. The poor cleaning and noise really affected our stay. I hope management addresses it, though I'm not convinced they will. This certainly isn't a luxury boutique hotel.

The rooms are spacious, and the location is close to the city center. But the best part is waking up to that beautiful lake view. Misty mornings and frozen lake scenery feel like a dream!

Allen/Alen gave us lots of helpful advice and was great. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with spacious, large rooms and stunning views of Lake Bled. Breakfast, though, is very expensive and underwhelming. I wouldn't recommend it.
