I felt right at home thanks to the care from mother Bernarda and sister Tinkara. Bernarda is a wonderful host and baker, if you get the chance to try what she makes. Tinkara gave me a lovely welcome and made sure I had all the gadgets I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the construction is up to standard. Windows on three sides give you a lovely breeze and peaceful views. It’s an easy walk to the lake, and you might make friends with some cats along the way. All thumbs up. Don’t hesitate, just book it.

The owners are wonderful, friendly people who live just below and are always happy to help. And thank you, Bernarda, for the cake! We had a large attic apartment, spotlessly clean, warm, and very comfortable, with a lovely countryside view. The kitchen had all we needed, plus basics like sugar, oil, coffee, salt, and pepper. The bathroom was stocked with essentials too. Parking was included, which matters in Bled with its extortionate parking rates. The Wi-Fi was great, and in under 10 minutes on foot we were at the lake. I’d love to come back.

It was quiet and friendly, and the accommodation was very clean. We got a homemade apple pie as a welcome gift, too. Restaurants and Bled Lake are just a five-minute walk away. I recommend it.
