The local food was tasty, carefully prepared, and served in a lovely, relaxed setting surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff were warm and attentive, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. A really nice place for good food and good company. Highly recommended.
The view over Lake Bled and the whole valley is excellent, and the owners are very kind with great service. Kids can pet and feed the little farm animals, too. I can’t speak to the rooms, but the food and drinks are top notch, and the prices are better than at most nearby places.
It takes a challenging hike to reach this mountain hut, but it’s well worth the effort for the beautiful view over Bled and the hot homemade food. They also serve beer, wine, and soft drinks. A charming young couple run the place and work hard to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Recommended.
The terrace tables have spectacular views, and the local food and drinks were delicious and good value. We stopped by while hiking. You can get there by a steep path or a gravel road. They serve drinks, plus local main courses and sweet puddings from a specials board. The staff were kind and helpful, and there were very cute baby goats and other animals in the field beside the terrace. Well worth a visit!
The setting is stunning, with panoramic views over the valley, and the prices were surprisingly low. The service was friendly and polite. We stopped here during a longer walk, though you need moderate fitness if you’re walking up. The home-cooked rustic food was excellent, with a good selection of local wine and beer. Loved it.
