Brigita was so helpful, even letting us leave some luggage there before heading out on a four-day through-hike. This is a welcoming little hotel, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. It’s a bit of a walk from central Bled, but the quieter setting was a welcome break from the busy main road.

The owner was lovely with our three very hungry teenage boys and fed them like they were her own. The location is hard to beat: a quiet street gets you to the lake and its activities in about five minutes, while a three-minute walk the other way brings you to beautiful countryside. We were there in summer 2023, close to the lake but away from the surrounding traffic and Bled town congestion.

The breakfast was a real treat, with meats and cheeses, fresh bread, homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs made to order, and the usual breakfast items. Our room was spotless and had a lovely balcony. Jerman is a family-run, dog-friendly inn, and the owner was kind and accommodating. We liked being a little away from Bled’s busiest area, with some peace and quiet, while still only minutes on foot from the lake. Two good restaurants nearby meant no need to go downtown for food or a drink. For smaller, clean, quaint, friendly accommodation, I’d highly recommend Jerman.

We stayed in a double room with a balcony on July 9. It was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. Brigita was friendly, organized, and a good host. The lake is just a few minutes away on foot, and free parking was a real plus. Certainly recommended.

Brigita was so kind and helpful, and the service and management were great. Our spacious, clean room had amazing views, and the lake was very close. We loved the delicious breakfast and will definitely visit again. Love from Malta :)
