We barely felt like going into Bled during our two nights here. The valley and Karawanken peaks looked astonishing, and the peace and quiet made this farmhouse feel like pure zen. I’m honestly amazed by the place and the beautiful nature around it. Peter was a fantastic, friendly host who paid attention to lots of details. You can tell he’s still enthusiastically building up the farm. He sells fresh eggs and ham and sausages made right there. We were traveling with two toddlers, and this place worked so well for us. The kids loved walking around safely and feeding the rabbits and goats. A wonderful nature break for families, and we’ll definitely come back.

The flat was great, and the photos give you a good idea of it. We were two students and two parents, and all of us enjoyed the BBQ. The host was super friendly. It’s a beautiful spot with an amazing view, far enough from Bled to feel away from it, but still close to Lake Bled and Bohinj.

Peter was an amazing host, and we had a wonderful time during our short stay. I absolutely recommend staying here as a base for seeing Slovenia, especially Lake Bled.

The apartment was clean and spacious enough for our family of four, two adults and two children. The owner was very kind, and the road up to the house is an attraction in itself. The view along the way is a great reward, especially if you happen to catch a rainbow.

A remote house run by a lovely family, with roomy, well-equipped rooms. It’s a great base for trail running, biking, or hiking, and close to Slovenia’s highest peaks.
