Sunrose 7 - Heritage Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

After time in the hills and mountains around Bohinj and Lake Bled, the amazing spa is just what you need. This is a small boutique Hotel with modern design, and it’s quiet and clean. We were welcomed with hot tea on arrival, and the service was incredible. Breakfasts are supercharged versions of a Slovenian breakfast: eggs, cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, yogurt (don’t sleep on Slovenian yogurt), juices, and more. And excellent coffee. There’s also an aquatic wellness facility with a salt room within walking distance. You can’t go wrong if you like hotels like this!

The spa was great, especially the amazing sauna, and sparkling wine came with the spa. Breakfast had a great selection of good-tasting local produce, and the service was on point. Set in a small village among beautiful mountains and scenery, the hotel is also close to lots of great hiking spots, lakes, and mountains. Our room was clean, with an amazing bed and shower, and a lovely garden view. The details were nice too, from the scent of the soaps to the soft sheets and sweet treats. Wonderful hotel, highly recommend!

We spent the first two days of our honeymoon here, with the half-board package, and the food was literally the best we’ve ever eaten. The place has a relaxed, peaceful, and upscale feel all at once. The staff were consistently kind, cheerful, and helpful, and always went above and beyond. They made the start of our honeymoon totally magical. If we’re ever back in Slovenia, we’d stay here without hesitation.

The food is amazing and locally sourced, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. This is a nice, quiet boutique hotel, ideal for relaxing and detoxing. There’s a private spa with a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi, and lounge beds, just right for unwinding after activities.
