Guest House Goršič

We just needed a place to rest on our long drive back to Switzerland, so we called Guest House Grošič. An older gentleman answered politely, confirmed a room was available, and we agreed on arrival around 1 PM and departure at 8 PM. When we got there, he wasn’t present. A young man in his twenties was at the office. He was very skinny, had blue eyes, and wore tight jeans. He didn’t greet us or smile, and just stood silently until I asked what he needed. He answered arrogantly, “well, the documents maybe.” I handed over my wife’s passport, and he rudely asked where mine was, almost aggressively. I said one passport should be enough, but he insisted. After we paid, he gave us the key and only then said we had to leave by 6 PM. I reminded him we’d agreed on 8 PM, but he flatly denied it and wouldn’t acknowledge the arrangement. I’d had enough, asked for our money back, and we left. We wasted time and energy when all we wanted was a bit of rest. The staff seemed poorly trained, rude, and almost aggressive. I strongly advise against staying here. It was a disgrace to hospitality.
