The olive tree surroundings are peaceful and gorgeous, and the apartment itself has a modern, thoughtful design. They make their own excellent wine, which you can sample and buy. The hosts are kind and available, and Arianna deserves a special mention for being so warm and ready to help.

We loved sitting on the terrace and looking over the green olive and vine-covered hills. Our room at Zaro Apartments was clean, spacious, modern, and had a small kitchen with a coffee machine. The host was friendly and very helpful. They make wine and olive oil, and you can buy some of their delicious wines there. It’s easy to get to Izola or head out on coastal bike rides, and bicycles are available to rent at Zaros apartments. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

The grape harvest was a real highlight, and we got to taste their delicious organically grown grapes, used to make their well-known organic wines. The hosts were so welcoming and shared helpful tips on local sights and restaurants. Zaro Apartments is peaceful and beautiful, close to the sea and lovely Izola; everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. We had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

A calm spot among olive trees and vineyards, and a great base for visiting Piran, Triest, and Izola’s beaches. We had a very nice stay at Zaro Appartments. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern.
