Korte is a cute village, with an authentic gostilna, and everything felt peaceful and restful. Villa Carolina is only a 15 min’ drive from the sea, and it was well worth it. We really enjoyed Slovenia, and the owners have done a great job. The villa was elegant, modern, and so well equipped, with a lovely olive tree garden and, best of all, a superb heated pool. Tina was easy to reach by email or phone and helped us feel at home. We stayed there for our September vacation and definitely recommend this wonderful place in real Slovenia. Laure & Benoite

The owners were excellent, and communication with them was great. It’s a beautiful house with a wonderful pool, set in a lovely location. I definitely recommend staying here.
