The old town is only a few steps from the door, and our window looked out over the Kroka canyon. We had a lovely, comfortable room with a double bed and a separate kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean, tidy, and well cared for. The staff were incredibly attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The shared spaces were a real treat, with plenty of couches, a great little kitchen, and an outdoor area looking out at the trees. Our private room and bathroom were spacious and super clean. The hosts were amazing, and we were so glad we chose this place for our last two nights in Slovenia.

Hoste Cukrarna had a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed, and it was well placed for exploring the area. I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily come back.

Kranj is a lovely little town to visit, and Hostel Cukrarna made a great base for two days. There were comfortable rooms, a good atmosphere, and plenty of places to sit and have breakfast or coffee. The staff were really friendly.

The social area was my favorite, with sofas, a clean kitchen, and a lovely terrace looking into the river canyon through greenery. The whole hostel had a great vibe, and the receptionists were friendly, helpful, and really cool. I could have happily stayed a week. Thank you!
