I booked Apartment Brina through Airbnb, but the reservation was automatically cancelled because nobody accepted it. My messages went unanswered, so I had to ask for a phone number and call to find out what was happening. Only then was I told the apartment had already been rented to someone else. That itself wasn't the issue. I expected them to let me know, instead of leaving me to wait for the system to cancel the booking. The communication was below every level.
