The apartment was very cozy and clean, and the hospitality was kind and welcoming. The location is wonderful, with an amazing view and a peaceful setting. It's also very close to Italy and a beautiful Slovenian nature reserve.

The owner left chocolate on our pillows, which was such a lovely touch. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful setting, and the kitchen and bathroom both looked new and shiny. Perfect.

The bathroom was so tiny there wasn't anywhere to put toiletries, and the layout was poor enough that we basically had to leave our suitcases by the door. We also waited a while before anyone came to open the apartment. Worst of all, our ground-floor room had glass doors with only a flimsy curtain. There was a lot of noise in the morning, and children, then their parents, were literally looking into our room.

I booked an available appointment through booking.com, but the owner hadn't anticipated that the world championship in ski flights was happening then. He told me the accommodation had already been booked the year before, which I don't believe was true. He saw the jumps were on and knew he could get a higher price, which felt totally unfair. I'm glad I wasn't a guest of such a lying man, and I don't recommend him. Be aware, I believe he'll cheat you if someone offers him more money.

The place looked nice, clean, and new, but we were really cold. We asked the owner if he could heat the apartment, and he confirmed that he had, but it still wasn't warm.
