A lovely family and a clean, modern apartment. It's well placed between Bovec and Tolmin, with easy access to the Soča.

We had a really enjoyable short stay in a nice spot, and the host was great. One thing to mention, though: the basement apartment had a strong mold smell, and the furniture seemed affected by it.

For fly fishing, the location works perfectly. The river is close by, with both catch-and-release and zone 1 sections nearby.

We changed plans at the last minute after the heat made our previous place feel like a deluxe sauna, and the air conditioning here was a huge relief. The apartment was clean and tidy, with room to spread out indoors and a lovely garden with plenty of shade. The mountain and church views are beautiful. The river is right nearby. I was in it within five minutes, and so was our dog, several times a day. A few other reviews mention mold. It can smell a little musty after a shower if everything stays shut, but opening a window fixed it for us. Being in a valley by a river, dampness makes sense, and it also stays cool. The landlords were friendly, respectful, and reliable. It was an easy place to relax and wake up to a view that looks like a screensaver.

We loved staying here. The apartment had what our group of four needed, and we could use the garden. There are lovely views of the mountains and river, which is only a two-minute walk from the house.
