The owner's family were genuinely welcoming, with a kind of hospitality that's hard to find these days. The apartment felt like home for a vacation, and had loads of thoughtful extras: olive oil, vinegar, spices, plenty of cookware, a washing machine, drying rack, and more. It's spacious, clean, and furnished really well. Good people make for great hospitality.

We stayed four nights as a family of five, with kids aged 4, 7, and 9, and the apartment worked very well for us. It's spacious, has a lovely view, and was very clean. The owners were kind and helpful, with tips for exploring the area. It had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

The apartment has everything you need for a holiday, and the view from both balconies was even better than in the photos. It's a lovely, quiet spot with beautiful surroundings. We had a great stay in this large, very clean place. It's in a tiny village, so you'll need a car for shopping and activities. Supermarkets are in Tolmin or Kobarid. The bridge at Volarje is fine for cars and gets you straight onto the main road. Communication with the landlord was easy. She was quick to reply, friendly, and helpful. Her parents live downstairs and gave us apples from their little orchard. They were delicious.

A spacious, well-equipped apartment in a wonderfully quiet spot between Kobarid and Tolmin. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, and more, and the beds are very comfortable. The hostess was friendly and shared lots of ideas for things to do nearby. Highly recommended!
