Romana, the owner, handled a small disagreement about the costs at the end of our stay very professionally and kindly agreed to cover the difference. That kind of personal touch is part of what makes this family run hotel charming. It’s nice to find a place with character when so many corporate chains are taking over tourism, and we’ll stay here again on our next holiday. Our room was spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed and a lovely mountain view. We enjoyed breakfast by the fireplace in the cozy restaurant. The hotel is right in the center, close to shops and restaurants, and just a few minutes’ walk from the ski hills. We had a lovely stay.
