The staff were kind, and it's close to Thermana Laško. Coffee and breakfast were good, and the rooms were comfortable. You can also book a massage or a private spa with a jacuzzi and saunas. In July, there's the beer festival.

They made up a claim that my dog had scratched the corner of some old furniture, which wasn't true, and then raised another issue with the couch that could easily have been fixed. They wanted to take €150 from me for it. They could have told me before I stayed so long, but instead they staged it to rip me off. I didn't let them. For €100 a night, I ended up buying my own dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and cleaning paper. Whenever I asked the cleaning lady for these, it became a huge issue and she acted like she hadn't heard me. She was always saying bad things about my dog in Ukrainian right in front of me. He is young and friendly and wanted to come closer, so I held him back to keep him from greeting her or jumping on her. Still, for some reason he was a huge problem for her. The cleaning lady is pure evil. It was a huge abuse and an unhealthy environment. They smile to your face and talk badly about customers behind their backs, treating people like garbage. INESS OVERCHARGED ME 125 EUROS ON THE LAST NIGHT, even though the receipt showed the correct amount, 102. She charged 125 to my card while smiling to my face. Sick. There's supposedly a manager, but you never see them, and everything is run by Iness. Still, you have to say, 'Yes, I spoke to the manager,' even though I never saw the manager!
We stayed for one night. The place was pretty clean, and having a full kitchen meant we could make breakfast in the morning. The screens on the windows were great and helped keep us cool. But there were so many flies that we couldn't leave the big glass door open for air or sit outside.
The staff were so welcoming and quick to help. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was generous. Our first dinner reservation fell through because the restaurant was closed for renovations and hadn't told us. The staff quickly booked a backup dinner that turned out even better than we could have hoped for. I'd recommend this place to everyone.
The large apartment had a balcony and nice views, and the receptionist was friendly and helped us check in and with questions. The location among the hills was nice, and the road out front wasn't noisy. Check ahead to see what walks are available. It's about a 25-minute walk to Laško, where there's a train station and a large Spar for groceries. The kitchen was well equipped, and the continental buffet breakfast was very nice. We booked the private VIP spa room for two hours and enjoyed the fruit and cocktail. Book ahead, since we ended up with a 3 pm slot, which wasn't as romantic as an evening booking. We didn't have a massage because we hadn't booked one, though I liked that it was an option. A couple of things to know: the aircon seemed not to work, but we just needed to ask reception for the remote, and then it was fine. There's no restaurant at the hotel. A nearby one was booked for a function, so we walked into Laško and had a surprisingly good meal at Hotel Špica. Also, the listing photos are misleading. The hotel has two VIP spa suites and offers massages, but the wooden playground, fancy swimming pool, and water park inside the large dome are at a different hotel, Hotel Thermana Park Laško, 15 minutes away on foot across the river.
